I am an extremely versatile cinematographer with a keen cinematic eye. A vast landscape of movies, photography, gaming, art and design influence my work. I believe successful storytelling hinges on healthy collaboration - there is a perfect frame for every moment in time but it takes teamwork to find it.
My favourite projects embody a cinematic documentary approach, where motivated and evocative frames blur lines between reality and fiction for the audience. And as viewing platforms evolve, I recognize that staying adaptable is important but so is prioritizing quality, purpose and style.
Some of my clients include HBO, ESPN, Prime Video, Netflix, TSN and Sportsnet. My brand work includes collaborations with Adidas, Range Rover, Visa, Sportchek, Michelin and Vera Bradley to name a few. I have won two Canadian Screen Awards in the best original sports program category.
When not working, I enjoy family time on Galiano Island, BC or in Point Roberts, WA.
